Innatus Birth is founded by two NYC native AfroLatina women who wholeheartedly believe in the innate qualities of the pregnant body. Our mission is to support families in making well-informed, honored, and feel-good decisions that support their birth preferences. Our goal is to provide families with the evidence-based information they need to walk into birth and parenthood feeling empowered without fear.

Innatus Birth offers birth and postpartum doula services; childbirth, newborn, and parenting classes; and lactation support.
